Q1. What do I need to do to set up a wholesale account with AVCC?

A1. In order to access wholesale pricing on AVCC, you will need to create an account on our website, then email us at avccinc@gmail.com with your business name, address, Tax ID or Resale number. Once we have received this information from you, we will set your account to wholesale pricing within 24 hours, and you will see wholesale prices on your next login session. In addition, your shipping details and order history will be saved on our secure site for future visits. We do not share your name, email address, or contact info with anyone.


Q2. What is the condition of your vintage items?

A2. Each item in our vintage inventory has been thoroughly checked for damage, and we remove damaged items from our inventory before you ever see it. Some light signs of wear are to be expected on vintage items, but you will not receive items with stains, holes, or excessive wear such as split seams, pulls, tears, etc.


Q3. What is your return policy?

A3. You must notify AVCC of damaged items within 1 week of order shipping for domestic orders, or within 2 weeks of order shipping for international orders in order for those items to be considered for exchange. We only accept returns if an item is misrepresented on our website, meaning that if you receive an item that is badly damaged and this damage was not noted on the website. Exchange or store credit only, you must pay shipping for any returns.


Q4. I put items into my shopping cart and came back to your site later or the next day and found some of the items I put into my cart are missing - what happened?

A4. Due to the nature of vintage items, we will only have 1 of each of our vintage items in stock. Those items will remain available to all shoppers until someone has completed checkout and payment for any given item. If you put items into your shopping cart and leave them there for several hours or several days, it is possible that another shopper will purchase one or some of those items before you do. We strongly recommend that you pick out your items and complete checkout and payment in a timely manner to ensure that you get all of the items you have selected. If you have left your shopping cart inactive for a long period of time, it will be automatically updated to reflect only in-stock items in your total.


Q5. Are you open to the public?

A5. AVCC specializes in wholesaling vintage merchandise to vintage clothing retailers through our website, and we do invite wholesale buyers to visit by appointment only. We do offer our inventory online at retail prices to those customers who have not provided us with a valid tax ID number. We can host special occasion shopping parties by appointment only, but are not open to the general public.
